Complete Application
Step 1
Completion of my puppy application is the first step to be considered to receiving a puppy. Many times this includes various forms of communication with me directly via phone call, messager or text.
Steps to Purchasing a PURHEARTBUL Puppy
At Pure Heart Bullmastiffs, I endeavour to place the right puppy with the right family thus ensuring that you are ready to bring a Pure Heart Bullmastiff puppy home.
Application Review
Step 2
Once the application is received, I will review and confirm with you via email and/or phone call with approval. To be approved for a Pure Heart Bullmastiff puppy I review your answers and follow up if I have any reservations that need clarification. This process usually takes 24-48 hours.
Current Litter List
Step 3
Once approved for a puppy in this litter you are automatically placed on the list for this litter only. I am no longer holding a wait list due to the non response of people on the list. Once puppy numbers are established with an exray, I will make contact those who have applied to see who is ready for a puppy within the next 8-10 weeks.
Puppy Selection
Step 4
Depending upon your chosen sex and colour selection I always try to match them, however, as I have no control over what puppy colours will be born flexibility with colour and sex maybe required. If I'm not in a position to provide you with a puppy in this litter all contacts will be deleted and you will need to reapply for the next litter. I am no longet taking a wait list.
Holding Deposit
Step 5
Once approved to receieve a puppy, selection has been arranged and when they are at least 3 weeks old, I require a $1000 holding deposit payable within the next 48 hours to hold your puppy.
Receive Puppy Updates
Step 5
Once holding deposit has been paid you will receive regular photos and video clips of your puppy either via text message or messenger. It is important that you get to watch your puppy grow and interact with his/her siblings.
The Wait...
Step 6
It can seem a long time to wait for your puppy to come home however rest assured that the wait is worth it. During this time, their health and well-being is my utmost priority for their care and nurturing. I commence toilet training during this time.
Meet Your Puppy
Step 7
From 6 weeks of age, you are welcome to visit my property to meet your puppy however I will follow strict health guidelines to ensure the safety of the puppies. If you are unable to visit we can arrange Facetime or WhatsApp video calls. No one will touch or enter their pen until they have been vaccinated.
Puppy Pickup or Delivery
Step 8
Once final payment is made prior to collection and puppies are 8 weeks old, they’re ready for their forever homes. I will arrange an appointment time that is suitable to ensure you get one-on-one with me to go through the paperwork and puppy pack.
If being delievered this will be arranged at your expense and puppies can be flown at 8 weeks providing they have a fit-to-fly certificate from my veterinarian which will cost approximately $100 plus flying costs.
